Regulations concerning booking of the apartment and stay comprising part of the Apartment rules that can be found on www.mgapartamenty.pl around the clock

1. Guest check-in is done by filling and signing REGISTRATION CARD.
2. While filling the REGISTRATION CARD the guest is obliged to show the manager of the apartment valid ID card or any other document with a photograph together with valid credit card.
3. Night stay in the apartment is from 2:00 p.m. to 10.00 a.m.
4. Departures of guests are from 7.00 to 10.00 a.m. Exact time of departure is set for at least a day before leaving the apartment by phone at +48 882 957 583. In the event that there is no contact the manager of the apartment collects the key from the guest at. 10.30 a.m.
5. While checking-in a deposit of 300 zł/80 EUR has to be paid to cover any potential damages in the apartment. Deposit is charged by means of a valid credit card/debit card. The deposit is returned to the guest after the checkout of the apartment. Payment in cash is not accepted.
6. People who are not checked–in are not allowed in the apartment after 10.00 p.m. Number of persons residing in the apartment is limited to the number specified in the REGISTRATION CARD. In case there are more people residing in the apartment, the guest will be charged 80 zł/20 EUR for each additional person.
7. The apartment is located in the housing estate with obligatory quiet-hours from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.
8. Parties and loud noise is forbidden in the apartment. In case there is a party in the apartment, the manager is entitled at any time to ask guests to leave the apartment immediately with no refund of payment for the whole stay.
9. No animals are allowed in the apartment under the penalty of 100 zł/25 EUR per night.
10. No smoking is allowed in the apartment under the penalty of 400 zł/100 EUR.
11. Guest is obliged to maintain the apartment in the same condition. Guest is obliged to wash the dishes and kitchen utensils before the departure.
12. Owner of the apartment is not responsible for loss or damage of guest’s property left in the apartment.
13. Guest checking-in agrees to have his personal data processed for the purposes of the booking procedure. Controller of guest’s personal data is Maja Grzegorczyk, Kancelaria Prawna i Tłumaczeń Radca prawny Maja Grzegorczyk with its residing office in Szczecin, post code 70-464, Monte Cassino Street 38/1. Guests have the right to obtain information as to the purpose and scope of their personal data processing and also to demand the data to be updated or erased in case they are no longer required for the purpose for which they have been collected.
